Hire Resolve is assisting Sales & Marketing organizations in hiring experienced Sales & Marketing professionals for mid–senior level opportunities across multiple industries in the United States. These openings span several functions within commercial teams, including sales leadership, account management, business development, demand generation, digital marketing, product marketing, and go-to-market strategy. Successful candidates will join growth-focused environments with clear development pathways toward senior leadership roles, including Sales Director, Marketing Director, VP-level, and Commercial leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities• Build and execute sales and/or marketing strategies aligned to revenue, pipeline, and brand objectives • Own end-to-end go-to-market planning, including positioning, messaging, channel strategy, and campaign execution • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, supporting retention, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives • Lead demand generation and pipeline acceleration efforts across digital channels (paid, organic, email, events, partner) • Manage key accounts, territory plans, and forecasts; drive accurate reporting and performance tracking • Partner cross-functionally with product, operations, finance, and customer success to improve customer experience and outcomes • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform decisions and refine strategy • Establish and optimize processes, playbooks, and performance metrics for scalable growth • Mentor and guide team members; contribute to hiring, onboarding, and performance development where applicable • Ensure compliant, ethical marketing and sales practices, aligned with internal policies and applicable regulations
