Mid/Senior UI/UX Designer - Robusta

About the Role We’re looking for a passionate and creative Mid/Senior UI/UX Designer to join Robusta, a leading digital agency that crafts human-centered digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces across web and mobile platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience from concept to delivery, ensuring that every product we design is both functional and delightful. Key Responsibilities • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points. • Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions. • Design consistent, scalable UI components and design systems. • Ensure designs align with business goals, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards. • Work with developers to ensure accurate design handoff and implementation. • Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies. • Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving design processes within the team.
