Middle+ QA Manual

• Work within the overall release process rather than in dedicated feature teams • Focus on validating ready functionality — strong integration testing skills are important • Perform manual functional, smoke, regression, and UAT testing • Validate releases in staging and production environments • Develop and maintain test cases (Zephyr) and test scenarios • Run automated tests and analyze results • Verify correct UI display and behavior across different browsers • Work with logs (ELK), APIs (Postman), and message queues (Kafka) • Maintain test documentation in Jira / Confluence • Collaborate with PM and QA TL on release processes • Participate in QA estimation and release preparation • Proactively identify defects in already delivered functionality
