Mobile Growth Manager

Backed by $9M in funding, we're building the future of AI-powered learning. We're looking for a Mobile Growth Manager to help us scale our mobile apps across global markets. What You'll Do• Own mobile user acquisition across Meta, Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and other paid channels. • Optimize the full mobile growth funnel—from installs and onboarding to subscription conversion, retention, and LTV. • Monitor and improve key metrics including CPI, CPA, ROAS, CAC, retention, and payback. • Work closely with Creative, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to improve growth performance. • Plan and execute A/B tests across creatives, onboarding flows, paywalls, pricing, and app store assets. • Identify new acquisition opportunities, markets, and growth strategies.
