About the Position: We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Service Technician to join our team in the Netherlands. This role involves providing exceptional technical support and service for our range of AWP and material handling products. As a Mobile Service Technician, you will travel to customer sites to perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs, ensuring our customers' equipment operates safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aerial work platforms and material handling equipment. • Respond to customer service requests, diagnosing and resolving issues in the field. • Complete paperwork related to servicing, repairs, and inventory management. • Provide suggestions for product improvements and report any design faults to management. • Assist in inventory management and maintain scheduled routines for equipment servicing. • Deliver training on equipment use and maintenance procedures to customers as needed.
