Mortgage Service Officer (Mortgage Sales)

• Identify new sales lead from inbound and outbound channels for mortgage lending business • Participate and support the end-to-end mortgage process to achieve business targets and ensure smooth operations • Liaise with internal Credit and Risk department to ensure mortgage lending application are in compliance with the company policies and regulatory requirements as well as service standards • Cultivate and maintain good business relationship with internal and external stakeholders • Ensure completeness and accuracy of loan/ security documentation to enhance successful ratio and speed up the turnaround time • Support ad-hoc work tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors
