Bring your creative spark and strategic mindset to this pivotal role, where you’ll lead results-driven campaigns across the Baltics. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing and executing marketing plans to grow brand awareness and customer engagement, with a focus shaping MyBee's brand identity, tone and voice • Leading campaigns across social, ATL, BTL, influencer marketing, events, exhibitions, and seeking innovative channels to grow the MyBee brand • Collaborating with in-house digital, design, content, and marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns • Managing the production of engaging creative assets, including videos, photoshoots, and more • Guiding marketing initiatives by interpreting data and applying insight at a strategic level • Exploring new opportunities, including AI-driven solutions, and bringing innovative, forward-thinking ideas to grow the brand
