Are you ready to jump-start your career with a global leader and help shape the future of how products move around the world? Join our North America Supply Chain Associate Development Program and build the foundation for a world-class career in Supply Chain.

Why This Program?

  • This is not a “watch and learn” program — it’s a high-impact, hands-on experience designed to give you:

    • Maximum exposure to our business, operations, and leadership
    • Rotational assignments across key Supply Chain functions
    • A clear path to a full-time role within our Global Supply Chain (after ~24 months)
  • Over the course of approximately 24 months, you’ll rotate through different areas of Supply Chain such as:

    • Category Supply Chain (Engineering, Manufacturing, Network Operations)
    • Procurement
    • Customer Service & Logistics

You’ll work on real projects, solve real problems, and make real contributions from day one.

By participating in this comprehensive program, you will:

  • Learn the fundamentals of delivering best-in-class customer service
  • Understand customer expectations and how Supply Chain brings them to life
  • Build knowledge of order fulfillment from planning to delivery
  • Gain a basic understanding of CP planning functions
  • Learn plant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the drivers behind them
  • See how material quality and service impact plant operations and overall performance
  • Learn to apply data, analytics, and systems to real-world Supply Chain challenges

Each rotation offers unique experiences, exposure, and networking opportunities with leaders and peers across the organization.

Location & Support

  • Rotations will be based at our North America Supply Chain Global hub in New Jersey
  • Financial relocation assistance is provided to eligible candidates

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
  • Previous internship experience in Supply Chain
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with SQL or other data tools

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $70,000.00 - $87,500.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
