Network & Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Network & Infrastructure Engineer to manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure across HQ and dark store locations. The role is responsible for ensuring reliable LAN/WAN connectivity, secure VPN communications, CCTV surveillance systems, and physical access control solutions while maintaining high network availability, security, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure across HQ and all store locations. • Manage routing, switching, VLANs, firewall policies, and network performance to ensure maximum uptime. • Deploy, configure, and support site-to-site and remote VPN connectivity between stores and HQ. • Monitor and resolve network connectivity issues while ensuring secure encrypted communications. • Install, configure, and maintain IP CCTV cameras, NVR systems, and remote surveillance platforms. • Administer physical access control systems, including door controllers, access groups, and user permissions. • Monitor network health and infrastructure performance using network monitoring tools. • Maintain accurate network documentation, including network diagrams, IP address management, and configuration records. • Collaborate with IT Support, Security, Facilities, and external contractors to deliver infrastructure projects and support business operations. • Ensure compliance with IT security standards and infrastructure best practices.
