Responsibilities• Design, develop, implement, and maintain scalable backend applications and APIs supporting digital channels and core business systems. • Build secure, high-performance server-side applications using Node.js and reusable application components. • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, middleware, and integrations with internal systems and third-party services. • Participate in application architecture and technical design discussions while writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code aligned with best practices. • Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures while ensuring data consistency, integrity, and security. • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize systems for scalability, high availability, and resource efficiency. • Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms and apply security best practices, including JWT, OAuth, and SSO. • Ensure compliance with internal security policies and data protection requirements while collaborating with information security teams. • Develop and execute unit tests, participate in code reviews, and support quality assurance activities.
