Responsibilities • Oversee in-game chat and player interactions to ensure adherence to community guidelines and safety measures. • Actively engage with players to cultivate a respectful and inclusive community atmosphere. • Quickly identify and address any inappropriate behavior or content, escalating issues when necessary. • Assist players with inquiries related to chat moderation policies. • Maintain detailed records of moderation actions and report significant incidents effectively. • Collaborate with other teams to improve player experience and community engagement initiatives. • Stay updated through ongoing training on moderation tools and best practices.
