The Nurse Manager has direct patient care responsibility for the Nursing Administration department. You will act as a facilitator, mentor, and preceptor for staff; you will be responsible for the daily activities and operations and for coordinating the patient's care across the wellness-illness continuum. Manages the operating budgets for designated clinical service in collaboration with Director/ Program Director.

Who Should Apply:

 

  • BSN required
  • Minimum three years current clinical experience
  • Previous clinical management experience
  • Current Maryland RN license
  • CPR certification

 

Salary Range: Minimum 63.31/hour - Maximum 98.13/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
