We're looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator

We need someone who's hyper-organized, detail-driven, and thrives on keeping projects moving smoothly behind the scenes - a natural multitasker who enjoys supporting a team and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. 

This person will work hand-in-hand with our project managers, freeing them up to focus on client satisfaction and communication while ensuring our high standard of project quality is maintained across the board.

In this role, you will: 📝 Summarize call recordings and create drafts of key deliverables such as briefs, sitemaps, and SEO strategies ➕ Conduct keyword research, writing title tags and meta descriptions, researching content ideas, utilizing SEMrush, writing and organizing articles, and leveraging AI tools to enhance SEO efforts 📅 Assist with scheduling, project timelines, and keeping deliverables on track 🌐 Manage web content through the WordPress CMS 🤝 Support the project management team and digital marketing team with ongoing projects and tasks ⚡ Perform special projects as assigned by agency leadership

Working Hours: This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week. You can work in your local time zone, however an 3-4 hour overlap, until 1pm EST will be required.
