Role Overview
Seeking an experienced OT/ICS Penetration Tester to conduct security assessments, penetration testing, attack-path analysis, and adversary simulation across industrial and critical infrastructure environments. The role focuses on identifying vulnerabilities and attack paths across OT networks, SCADA/ICS systems, PLCs, HMIs, industrial DMZs, remote access infrastructure, and IT/OT environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform OT/ICS security assessments across Purdue Levels 0-3.
- Assess SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, historians, engineering workstations, and OT network architecture.
- Evaluate IT/OT attack paths, segmentation, firewalls, remote access, and industrial DMZs.
- Conduct controlled red team and adversary simulation exercises.
- Assess privilege escalation, lateral movement, identity exposure, and credential security.
- Map findings to MITRE ATT&CK for ICS and Enterprise frameworks.
- Support purple team exercises and validate security controls.
- Develop test plans, risk assessments, rules of engagement, and rollback procedures.
- Coordinate testing with OT, engineering, safety, SOC, and stakeholder teams.
- Deliver technical and executive reports with remediation recommendations.
