Office Administrator
Apply Now- Provide first-level technical support for employees (Google Workspace, email, shared drives, basic troubleshooting).
- Set up and manage laptops, user accounts, permissions, and software access for new hires and offboarding employees.
- Maintain an inventory of tech equipment (laptops, accessories, licenses) and ensure proper tracking.
What We’re Looking For
- Detail-oriented, organized, and someone who thrives in keeping things running smoothly.
- 1–3 years of experience in admin, coordination, or operations.
- Fluent in English with great communication skills.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with Google Workspace and Excel/Sheets.
- Excellent multitasking skills and a proactive “let’s get it done” attitude.
Bonus Points If You Have
- A degree in Business Administration, Operations, or any related field.
- Experience in a multinational or consulting environment.
- A calm head in chaos and a sense of humor when the coffee runs out
