Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller, based in Chennai. The role involves making outbound calls to clients and customers, handling inbound inquiries, maintaining call logs, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service and call handling
Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and call logs
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong customer orientation and ability to handle queries professionally
Experience in using CRM software is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
