About Pandora Production Vietnam
Pandora’s new jewellery crafting facility is located in the Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Park III (VSIP III), about 40 km north of Ho Chi Minh City. When fully scaled, the state-of-the-art facility will produce up to 60 million jewellery pieces annually and employ around 7,000 craftspeople. It is powered entirely by renewable energy and built to LEED Gold certification standards.
Main purpose of the role:
• Design security trainings and communication materials in conjunction with the Sr. Manager, Security
• Security document control: Procedure, Work Instruction, Support Document in comply with ISO standard on eQMS
• Security ticket handling: Newbie card printing, Access card related requests and other general security request via PPV Security App and shared mailbox.
• Design and deliver security training materials & tracker, and communication materials in collaboration with the Manager, Security, while promoting security initiatives, updates, and awareness campaigns through various communication channels, including Zalo, email, digital signage, and other internal platforms.
• Monitoring and reminding budget planning (CAPEX and OPEX), security inventory of security team including support to issue PR for security project, security payment, summary security expenditure both accrual and actual.
• Support to other requests from FM senior manager, arrange security meeting or other training/workshop preparation
• Coordinate and assist local security coordinators/specialist to ensure consistency of security standard and adherence to SLAs
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human resources, Business Management or related fields.
• At least 3 years in administration or related.
• Have knowledge in financial or budgetary would be advantage
• Have experience and certified about ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, or related standards
• Good communication, problem solving skills.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Good English both in writing and verbally.
