Role Purpose

The Onboarding Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and engaging joining experience. The role works closely with HR, recruitment, PRO, IT, and department heads to ensure timely documentation, induction, and employee readiness.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires (local and international).
  • Coordinate with recruitment, HR, PRO, and hiring managers to ensure timely joining.
  • Prepare and verify onboarding documentation (offer letters, contracts, policies, NDA, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
  • Coordinate visa, medical, Emirates ID, and other joining formalities with PRO team.
  • Conduct or support employee induction and orientation programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS and personnel files.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new joiners during the onboarding phase.
  • Track onboarding progress and resolve issues or delays proactively.
  • Support HR operations and employee engagement initiatives as required.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR onboarding, HR operations, or recruitment support.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and onboarding procedures is preferred.
  • Experience working with HRMS and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple joiners and meet tight deadlines.
  • Professional, proactive, and service-oriented approach.
