Onboarding Manager

About the RoleWe're looking for an Onboarding Manager to manage the full onboarding process for our merchant and corporate accounts — coordinating across departments, handling corporate documentation, and onboarding directly with banks, PSPs, and acquirers. This role sits at the center of a lot of moving parts. You'll need to be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable chasing down documents and answers from different teams to keep every application moving without delay.

Key Responsibilities• Onboard directly with acquirers, PSPs, and banks, managing applications from submission through approval • Coordinate across different departments in the business to ensure applications are correctly completed and submitted • Handle and manage corporate documents required for onboarding with banking and payment partners • Keep an organized, up-to-date database of all applications in progress • Maintain accurate, daily record-keeping on Monday CRM • Track application status closely and flag delays or missing requirements before they become blockers
