Operation Support Officer
Your role:
- Coordinate daily operation and administrative support to the team
- Assist in preparing sales reports, operational reports, and management information
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners
- Handle data input, system updates, filing, and record maintenance to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assist in ad hoc projects and operational improvements as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline
- 1–2 years of relevant operational / administrative experience
- Good coordination and communication skills with a strong sense of responsibility
- Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure
- Proficient in MS Word, especially Excel
- Good command of English and Chinese
