Operation Support Officer

Your role:

  • Coordinate daily operation and administrative support to the team
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, operational reports, and management information
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners
  • Handle data input, system updates, filing, and record maintenance to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Assist in ad hoc projects and operational improvements as assigned

 

Requirements: 

  • Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline
  • 1–2 years of relevant operational / administrative experience
  • Good coordination and communication skills with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Word, especially Excel
  • Good command of English and Chinese
