Operations Coordinator

Remote Recruitment is hiring a remote Operations Coordinator to support a UK-based employer from South Africa. You'll keep the day-to-day operation joined up across teams, suppliers and systems. This is a fully remote role working 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations, schedules and resource planning
• Track orders, jobs and deliverables through to completion
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors and internal teams
• Maintain operational records, trackers and reporting
• Spot bottlenecks and suggest process improvements

What you'll need

• Experience in operations, logistics or project coordination
• Strong organisation and the ability to juggle competing priorities
• Confident with spreadsheets and operational systems
• Clear written and spoken English
• A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace
