¿Eres un experto en logística con pasión por el orden y la eficiencia? Como Líder de Almacén, serás el motor que garantiza que nuestra operación nunca se detenga. Tu misión será gestionar estratégicamente el flujo de materiales, liderar al equipo operativo y asegurar que cada proceso se ejecute bajo los más altos estándares de seguridad y calidad. Responsabilidades
- Cultura de Prevención: Garantizar un entorno de trabajo seguro, identificando riesgos proactivamente y liderando iniciativas que lleven nuestros KPIs de seguridad al siguiente nivel.
- Excelencia en Calidad: Supervisar el cumplimiento de BPMs y estándares de calidad en materias primas, gestionando hallazgos e investigaciones mediante SAP.
- Eficiencia Operativa: Coordinar el suministro oportuno (Truck To Line), retiros y devoluciones, asegurando que la planta opere sin interrupciones por falta de insumos.
- Control de Inventarios: Liderar inventarios cíclicos y la gestión de materiales en el WMS para mantener una precisión impecable.
- Gestión de Talento: Administrar incidencias, capacitación y desarrollo del personal operativo, promoviendo una cultura de mejora continua y eficiencia.
- Sinergia Logística: Coordinar con proveedores, transportistas y áreas de Compras/Seguridad Patrimonial para agilizar el flujo en patio y básculas.
Requisitos indispensables:
- Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Administración o afín.
- Mínimo 2 años en operaciones de almacén, recibo o cadena de suministro.
- Manejo fluido de SAP y sistemas WMS.
- Manejo fluido de Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides).
- Disponibilidad para rolar turnos.
Deseables:
- Inglés intermedio - avanzado.
- Conocimiento sólido en metodología FIFO, Norma 259 y control de caducidades.
- Manejo de herramientas de Análisis de Causa Raíz.
- Conocimiento de la Ley Federal del Trabajo.
- Previa experiencia en trato con transportistas/proveedores.
- Experiencia en manejo de personal.
