Based in our Tel Aviv office, this newly created role will oversee the work of our Operations team in the Middle East to ensure our current and future customers have a seamless experience with Airwallex. With our business continuing to expand globally and our Middle East client base scaling rapidly, the Operations Manager will have the opportunity to build something exceptional. Through optimising current operations processes and implementing new ones, the ultimate goal of this function is to ensure that we provide an excellent customer experience, while ensuring that Airwallex remains compliant as a regulated financial services institution.

What you’ll bring:

• 6+ years of experience in a relevant field, with a strong preference for backgrounds in fast-growing fintech, startup environments, or top-tier consulting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Proven experience in a high-growth environment is advantageous
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
