In this role, you'll take on a variety of tasks, from managing client relations to overseeing product operations, all while striving to enhance our overall service quality.

Key Responsibilities • Perform final quality checks and oversee the full product lifecycle. • Provide operational support to partners, ensuring high-quality execution and resolving data discrepancies. • Monitor ongoing account performance and manage complex schedules, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across the system. • Maintain precise analytical reports on product performance. • Coordinate with other teams to innovate and optimise cross-functional processes for enhanced automation and efficiency.
