Remote Order Processor (Automotive) – Full-TimeAbout Us We are Enet Auto Parts, a Toronto-based company specializing in OEM and aftermarket automotive parts across North America. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Processor to join our team remotely. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with consistent working hours. Key Responsibilities• Process daily orders from eCommerce platforms (eBay, Amazon, etc.) • Verify part numbers, compatibility, and customer information • Check inventory availability and coordinate alternatives if needed • Prepare shipping labels and invoices • Track shipments and assist with delivery issues • Manage returns and refunds (RMA process) • Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets/CRM systems • Provide daily order summaries • Working Hours • Full-time • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time – Toronto)
