Organization Transformation Designer

(English follows) Nounは、クライアントの組織変革に挑戦したいOrg Transformation Designerを募集しています。ワークショップや研修プログラムの設計からファシリテーション、新たなコンテンツの企画からプロダクト化まで含め、既存の研修やコンテンツ、型にとらわれず、クライアントごとに組織変革のための最適なプログラムや体験のデザインができる方を探しています。 業務内容• クライアントが新規事業や変革を内部から生み出すために必要なマインドセットやスキルセットを育むワークショップや研修、プログラムのデザインとファシリテーション • 様々な既存の思考メソッドを活用しつつ、クライアント課題に合致したプログラムを一からデザインできる • クライアントの現場メンバーから中間管理職、経営層まで、異なる立場や役割のステークホルダーを巻き込みながら高いエンゲージメントと学習効果を生み出す場やプログラムデザイン • 既存の研修コンテンツやメソッドに依存せず、新しいフレームや手法、AI技術を掛け合わせた新規コンテンツの開発を通じて、Nounのプロダクト作りに貢献 • 人材開発・組織開発領域におけるNounのサービスやアセット等をデザイナーやコンサルタントと協働しながらアップデートし、事業として育てていくプロセスへの参画

-- Noun is looking for an Organization Transformation Designer who is eager to act as a catalyst for change for our clients. We are looking for candidates who can design and facilitate workshops and training programs, as well as plan and develop new content to drive change. Roles• Design and facilitate workshops, training programs, and learning experiences that cultivate the mindsets and skill sets clients need to drive new business creation and transformation within their organizations • Design programs from the ground up that address specific client challenges, drawing on a wide range of existing thinking frameworks and methods • Create engaging programs that involve stakeholders across different levels, from front-line team members to middle management and executives, while generating strong engagement and relevance • Contribute to building Noun’s own products by developing new content that combines original frameworks, methods, and emerging technologies such as AI, rather than relying solely on existing training materials • Work with designers and consultants to continuously evolve Noun’s services and assets in the areas of talent development and organizational development, and participate in the process of growing them into sustainable business offerings
