Position OverviewWe are looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you will proactively identify, engage, and convert potential customers through outbound outreach. This is a high-ticket sales environment where strategic prospecting, strong communication skills, and consistent follow-ups are key to success. Key Responsibilities• Outbound Sales Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, email, and other approved channels to generate interest and book qualified sales conversations. • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a healthy outbound pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-ups. Sales Conversion: Qualify prospects, present ELVTR’s high-ticket educational offerings, and close deals. • CRM Management: Accurately log all outreach activities, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system. Performance Tracking: Monitor personal sales metrics and continuously work toward exceeding targets. • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to align outreach strategies and messaging. • Market Feedback: Share insights from outbound conversations to help improve messaging, targeting, and product positioning.
