En tant que Chef(fe) de Produit Moteurs GPL, vous définissez et pilotez la vision produit afin d’accompagner le développement d’une gamme performante, fiable et alignée sur les besoins du marché.

Missions principales

Définir et piloter la stratégie produit ainsi que la feuille de route, en collaboration étroite avec les équipes techniques, design et les parties prenantes commerciales.
Traduire les besoins utilisateurs et les insights marché en spécifications fonctionnelles claires et exploitables par les équipes techniques.
Coordonner des équipes pluridisciplinaires (ingénierie, qualité, industriel, achats, commerce) tout au long du cycle de vie du produit : idéation, développement, industrialisation, lancement et amélioration continue.
Mesurer l’impact et la performance du produit, analyser les retours clients, et itérer rapidement pour améliorer l’expérience et la valeur ajoutée.
Prendre en charge des sujets concrets et à fort impact.
Travailler avec une équipe talentueuse, bienveillante et ambitieuse, au sein d’un environnement innovant.
Contribuer activement à façonner l’avenir d’une gamme de moteurs GPL utilisée par des milliers voire des millions d’utilisateurs.
Évoluer dans une culture valorisant l’autonomie, la transparence, la prise d’initiative et le développement personnel.
Participer à la construction d’un produit à fort impact et accompagner son déploiement à grande échelle.

Profil recherché

Diplôme en ingénierie ou discipline technique.
Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie automobile, aéronautique, défense ou environnement technique équivalent.
Excellentes capacités de communication et de présentation, avec aptitude à simplifier des concepts techniques complexes.
Fort sens des affaires et capacité à construire des relations solides avec les clients et les partenaires.
Organisation rigoureuse, autonomie et capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets simultanément.
Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement international et multiculturel.
Approche orientée résultats et prise d’initiative.
Maîtrise de l’anglais (oral et écrit).

Mobilité & conditions de travail

Mobilité à travers l’Europe : 25 à 50 % de déplacements.
Possibilité de 2 jours de télétravail par semaine.
