Job Overview
Own end-to-end product cost competitiveness and pricing strategy across APAC.
Act as the commercial architect linking cost structure, market pricing, and margin optimization to drive sustainable share gain.
Acts as a regional thought leader on cost and pricing. Drives alignment across PM, Sales, R&D, Sourcing, and Finance without direct authority.
Challenges assumptions and pushes for fact-based, margin-focused decisions. Translates strategy into execution with clear ownership, cadence, and measurable outcomes in APAC across Auto/ICT/Industrial/Medical sensors.
The position holder will drive the VAVE initiatives, strategic partnership creation in supply chain, monitor fluctuations in raw materials, manufacturing costs, logistics, tariffs to product cost fluctuation early warning mechanism to provide timely adjustments to pricing for the APAC PM organization.
Reporting to reginal Product management leader, working closely with Product Managers, Sales, R&D, ME, Sourcing, Quality, Ops, Finance to build the cost improvement plan for NPDs, Lead the Sustaining projects to achieve GM targets and gain new shares.

Background/Requirements
Candidate has bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.10 years+ related experiences in Sensor product design, Process development, Product Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is a must (Mechanical, Electronics, Automation, Materials, Industrial engineering). MBA Degree is a plus
- 10+ years of experience in R&D, Process Engineering, Product Management. At least 3 years’ industry experience in sensors
- 5-10 years Automotive and ICT experience preferred, family with IATF16949
- Experienced in electronic module production processes, costing models, strong ability to independently perform competitive product cost analysis and pricing benchmarking, sensors industrial preferred
- Outstanding communication abilities with internal and external teams for strong collaborations
- Results-driven approach and rigorous logical thinking
- Proven track record leading cross-functional cost reduction or margin improvement programs
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain cost drivers from machining, stamping, molding, wire and harnessing etc.
- Strong business judgment with ability to influence senior stakeholders
