Panel Marketing Analyst — Remote Pulse Labs, backed by Google and Amazon, is a leading UX research firm at the forefront of product development. Our mission is to deliver insightful, actionable feedback across every stage of the product lifecycle — from conception through launch and beyond — empowering top tech companies to build groundbreaking products across mobile, smart home, wearables, and automotive. We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Senior Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing Team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving complex problems, and are passionate about building and optimizing marketing strategies, this role is for you. You'll play a pivotal role in recruiting study participants based on niche client requirements, growing our panelist community, quantifying results, and championing a "test and learn" mindset. We're looking for a motivated self-starter who identifies gaps and builds solutions, working cross-functionally to understand study requirements and target audiences. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute best-in-class participant acquisition strategies across owned and paid channels — both for growing our overall panelist database and for recruiting to niche study specifications outlined by clients. • Track and analyze performance and spend by channel for each study, maintaining strict budget adherence and adjusting strategies as needed to hit recruitment goals. • Leverage A/B testing to optimize campaigns in-flight and apply learnings to inform future approaches. • Build long-term panel growth and maintenance strategies. • Qualify respondents into study participants using a variety of methods to ensure client requirements are met, and onboard participants with clear, thorough instructions. • Drive panelist community communications — including email, help content, and social media — both during active studies and on an ongoing basis. • Partner with product and engineering teams to continuously improve panelist recruiting, onboarding flows, and overall participant experience. • Identify and recommend automation opportunities to streamline existing processes. • Process and track participant incentives by type for each study.
