You will take ownership of a vibrant portfolio, playing a pivotal role in ensuring our partners get the absolute best out of our music monitoring and data services. Operating autonomously in a remote setup, you’ll be the bridge between the industry’s most exciting players—from labels and publishers to DSPs and CMOs—and our internal teams. We’re looking for someone who speaks the language of music and is eager to turn complex data into real-world industry impact.
Key Responsibilities• Portfolio Ownership & Client Success: Autonomously manage and nurture a portfolio of B2B clients in LATAM, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership growth. • Strategic Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for complex client requests, proactively identifying account health risks and unlocking expansion opportunities. • Industry Consultation: Leverage your deep knowledge of the music ecosystem to guide clients through onboarding, technical workflows, and data utilisation. • Voice of the Customer: Gather, synthesise, and advocate for client feedback and product requirements, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to influence our roadmap. • Enhancement of Customer Experience: Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the overall customer journey, including onboarding processes, knowledge base resources, and communication strategies.
