- Agentic Systems Fluency: Hands-on experience running, tweaking, and prompt-engineering AI agents or complex automated workflows for sales, marketing, and pipeline generation.
- Closing DNA: Experience not just opening doors, but actively navigating the complexities of closing B2B deals, managing stakeholder alignment, and finalizing agreements.
- Industry Knowledge: A solid baseline understanding of (and deep curiosity for) data center infrastructure, SaaS business models, and the commercialization of scientific research.
- Scrappy & Autonomous: 1–3 years of experience in sales, growth, or partnerships at a fast-paced technology startup. You are a builder who doesn't wait for a playbook to be handed to you.
