Responsibilities • Build and refine decks, proposals and partner kits for BD and executive stakeholders. • Draft and send emails on behalf of VP/BD leads; manage inboxes and calendar scheduling. • Capture meeting notes/actions, update CRM, chase follow-ups to completion and maintain renewal cadences. • Prepare MOUs, NDAs, SOWs and contract packs (AI-assisted); maintain contract register and compliance logs.
