Job Overview

El/la pasante apoyará la implementación de iniciativas de mejora de procesos y la transformación operativa del warehouse, participando en diagnósticos, documentación, estandarización y despliegue de mejoras. Brindará soporte en actividades administrativas cuando sea necesario, pero su enfoque principal estará en optimizar procesos, identificar oportunidades, documentar flujos operativos y colaborar con cambios que impulsen eficiencia y productividad.

Job Requirements

Categorizing incoming calls and emails and escalating complex problems to the next level of support as per the documented procedures.
Maintaining documentation on communications regarding customer inquiries for billing and account inquiries.
Compiling master copies of organizational policy and procedure manuals, keeping them up-to-date, and operating the document control system under supervision.
Providing administrative and training support to the user community regarding security and password administration, access privileges, and printer access.

What your background should look like

Estudiante de Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Logística o carreras afines (ideal 3º o 4º año).
Manejo de Excel y Word nivel intermedio.
Conocimientos básicos de procesos logísticos.
Inglés básico (deseable).
Experiencia previa en logística o mejora de procesos o prácticas similares es un plus (no excluyente).
Enfoque analítico y capacidad para documentar procesos.
Organización, atención al detalle y pensamiento estructurado.
Proactividad y autonomía.
Comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.
Criterios de Éxito (primeros 6 meses)
- Contribución tangible en iniciativas de mejora y documentación.
- Avances en estandarización y controles operativos.
- Integración efectiva con el equipo.
- Cumplimiento de plazos, calidad y consistencia en entregables.
- Reducción de retrabajos o tiempos en procesos optimizados.
