Patient Care Tech - Intermediate Care Unit

Full-time |  Night Shift:  7pm-7:30am

 

The Patient Care Tech (CNA) on our 20-bed Intermediate Care Unit is a critical part of the Patient Care Team and works in a collaborative relationship with the Registered Nurse (RN) and other members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team. This certified role observes patients, provides basic nursing care, and maintains the patient environment in an outcome-oriented, safe, therapeutic, compassionate, and cost-effective manner.

Qualifications:

  • Current Maryland CNA licensure is required.
  • American Heart Association CPR/BLS certification is required.
  • Prior patient care experience preferred.
  • Highschool diploma or GED is required.

Salary Range: Minimum 18.39/hour - Maximum 28.51/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
