We are looking for a Payroll Expert (Dutch Speaking) – HR Operations to our key projects designing innovation tools, training and experiences. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Support local payroll operations, including system implementation activities such as data reconciliation and process setup. • Collaborate with Hire2Retire, internal payroll teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth payroll execution and compliance with internal processes. • Manage payroll-related service requests and employee inquiries via ticketing tools, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. • Oversee end-to-end payroll activities for the Dutch region, including pre- and post-payroll processes, monthly controls, taxation, and financial reconciliations. • Ensure accurate and timely salary payments, reporting, and compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements. • Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related topics for employees, managers, and HR stakeholders. • Prepare and provide payroll reports as required by internal stakeholders and external partners. • Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies, ensuring high data accuracy and process efficiency. • Contribute to payroll-related projects at both country and business unit levels. • Support continuous improvement of payroll processes and systems.
