As our new Local People & Culture Business Partner – Italy & Spain, you will be part of the People & Culture team and play an important role in supporting managers and employees across both countries throughout the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with business leaders and key stakeholders to ensure effective people practices, compliance with local employment legislation, and the successful delivery of People & Culture initiatives. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an international organization while supporting two strategically important markets.
What your day will look like
In this role, you will typically focus on:
- Acting as a trusted People & Culture partner for managers and employees across Italy and Spain, providing guidance on employee relations and people matters.
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee development, and offboarding activities.
- Ensuring compliance with local employment legislation, collective agreements, and company policies while managing employment-related documentation.
- Partnering with external providers, legal advisors, payroll partners, and local authorities to support HR operations and compliance requirements.
- Supporting recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and development initiatives across both countries.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to regional and global People & Culture projects.
What you'll bring
- 3–5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist, HR Business Partner, or People & Culture role.
- Solid practical knowledge of Italian employment law and HR practices, combined with a good understanding of Spanish employment legislation and administration.
- Proven experience managing employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, grievances, absence management, and terminations.
- Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels.
- Experience supporting HR operations, payroll processes, employee lifecycle activities, and compliance requirements.
- Fluent Italian, Spanish, and English, both written and spoken.

For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from €41,600 to €62,400 corresponding to the level of the position, expected experience and responsibilities.
