Your responsibilities would include:

  • supporting preparation and execution of people related processes 
    including: EYR (Performance, People Development), Mid-Year review, 
    Promotions and STI cycle, Job Evaluations, Climate Survey and others
  • being the first point of contact to assess the exception requests from managers
  • ensuring the smooth monthly people leaders’ tasks execution (contract 
    extensions, medical referrals, LUMINUM etc.) by creating awareness and 
    following up with Line Managers whenever needed
  • reading and understanding People Function Dashboards and Reports and draw 
    conclusions to highlight trends, risks and propose course of actions to the 
    stakeholders
  • ensuring people processes’ standards and knowledge for the assigned part of the 
    organization (e.g. position creations)
  • supporting process of employees’ Onboarding and Exit as per agreed process and 
    standards
  • facilitating the STA and LTA preparation with stakeholders to ensure smooth and 
    timely process
  • acting as internal trainer People Function to create awareness of the given 
    process and expertise among his/her stakeholders
  • leading HR initiatives and projects

You are a good candidate if you have:

  • University degree - HR Management faculty preferable
  • minimum 5+ years of relevant experience within the large, dynamic organization,
  • experience in execution of HR processes and practices, knowledge of labour 
    law
  • ability to challenge existing HR solutions and propose new ones as per the 
    best in class market trends
  • learning agility to adapt to dynamic environment and learn on the fly
  • engagement and commitment to drive and deliver assigned tasks
  • excellent communication, customer orientation and stakeholders’ 
    management skills
