This role can be done hybrid: 2 days from the office in Wrocław.

YOUR ROLE:
In your role as a People Development Partner based in Poland you will be supporting Uk, Nordics, Ireland and a few other EMEA countries. You will take the lead in shaping how our people learn and develop. You will be the architect of learning strategy, translating business needs into high-impact training portfolios that keep us ahead in the science and technology sector. Your day-to-day involves designing customized learning solutions, managing vendor relationships, managing our regional training portfolio and partnering with Business and HR partners. You will act as a consultant to senior stakeholders, ensuring our capability roadmaps align perfectly with global goals. You'll work closely with global delivery teams to ensure a seamless, digital-first learning experience for everyone.

WHO YOU ARE:
       •   10-12 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or Organisational Development within a global, matrixed environment.
       •   Proven track record in end-to-end learning program ownership, from initial needs analysis to measuring ROI and impact.
       •   Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Learning or similar LMS platforms, with a focus on data-driven reporting and analytics. Skilled consultant capable of translating business strategy into actionable capability roadmaps for senior leadership.
       •   Excellent communicator in both English , with the ability to facilitate enablement sessions and craft compelling change narratives ( additional local language skills will be added bonus )
       •   Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline,
Collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional, international teams and can lead projects without direct authority.
