We invite a confident and proactive Intermediate HR People Partner to join our HR team at Dev.Pro. In this role, you’ll support end-to-end people processes, work closely with managers and contractors, ensure smooth and compliant HR operations, and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.

βœ… Is that you?

  • 2+ years of HR experience in a People Partner role
  • Hands-on experience supporting the full contractor lifecycle
  • Ability to own and run structured HR processes independently within defined frameworks
  • Experience acting as the primary point of contact for contractors and managers
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly explain HR processes and adapt messaging to multicultural teams
  • Intermediate+ English level
  • Basic root cause thinking with the ability to identify issues and suggest practical solutions
  • Emotional intelligence and maturity when handling sensitive people-related situations
  • Attention to detail when working with documentation and data
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and curiosity to use AI tools to improve efficiency
  • Proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and contribute to HR projects

Desirable:

  • Experience in the IT industry, including understanding of common IT roles and processes

🧩What will your role look like?

In this role, you'll support people processes throughout the entire contractor lifecycle and serve as the primary point of contact for 100+ contractors and managers in Latin America.

  • Own and support end-to-end people processes across the contractor lifecycle within defined frameworks
  • Act as the primary point of contact for contractors and managers on HR processes and day-to-day questions
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to support contractor engagement and experience
  • Participate in performance review processes, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Guide managers on people-related topics, providing clear, practical recommendations
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding, integration, and offboarding experience, including documentation and compliance
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and experience
  • Facilitate or support workshops and knowledge sharing on people management practices
