• Develop and implement performance, compensation, benefits, and job replacement programs aligned with Bank objectives. • Regularly review and enhance HR policies to improve employee experience and satisfaction. • Monitor and improve the effectiveness of all HR programs across the Bank, subsidiaries, and branches. • Ensure fair and competitive salaries, incentives, and rewards; conduct market benchmarking. • Manage employee incentives and benefits, proposing adjustments to maintain equity and competitiveness. • Conduct salary surveys, pay equity analyses, and recommend adjustments to retain talent. • Oversee job descriptions, performance management, and employee development plans. • Support talent management, career path development, and succession planning. • Resolve employee performance obstacles in coordination with managers and relevant units. • Participate in business continuity and emergency response plans to ensure operational resilience.
