We are built on strong systems, sharp people, and good values. We are looking for a driven Performance Marketing Manager to implement Trivium’s strategy across all digital channels. While this role functions primarily as a Paid Media Manager, the ideal candidate is a versatile, senior-level marketing generalist capable of managing YouTube, LinkedIn, and organic email marketing. The ideal candidate has a heavy project management background who can leverage AI to scale output and keep every moving part of our marketing engine on track. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a versatile creative writer, and a team player. You will be an active participant in data collection and analysis to consistently improve the company’s social media practices and qualified lead generation over time. RESPONSIBILITIES• Paid Media & Growth: Lead the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns across various platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn to drive qualified lead generation. • Omni-Channel Management: Fully own, create, and manage content and strategy for YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X. • YouTube: Creating and executing a plan for keyword dominance on YouTube to become the number 1 authority on Amazon • Email Marketing: Plan and execute email strategies using HubSpot. Develop segmented lists and optimize automated workflows. • Project Management: Act as a "central hub" for marketing; stay on top of all team members and projects to ensure deadlines are met and quality is maintained. • AI Integration: Effectively utilize AI tools to streamline content creation for LinkedIn, YouTube scripts, and email copy without sacrificing brand voice. • Lead Generation: Manage lead magnet projects, including guide copywriting/design and landing page funnel/automation. • Data & Analytics: Continuously capture and analyze social data, paid media metrics, and emerging trends to refine strategies. • Collaboration: Work with email copywriters and other departments (Sales, Customer Relations) to manage reputation and coordinate cross-functional actions. • Reporting: Prepare high-level weekly marketing division reports for the CEO and Head of Content.
