Performance Marketing Specialist / Media Buyer - Dubai Real Estate (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist / Media Buyer with a proven track record in Dubai real estate, particularly in off-plan property lead generation. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing high-performing paid media campaigns that generate qualified investor and buyer leads from international markets. This is a remote freelance position requiring a data-driven professional who can independently plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns while working closely with sales and creative teams. Key Responsibilities• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Snapchat, and other paid advertising platforms. • Generate high-quality buyer and investor leads for Dubai off-plan real estate projects. • Execute campaigns targeting international markets including the UK, GCC, Europe, India, Pakistan, China, Russia/CIS, and Africa. • Manage campaigns for overseas property roadshows, investor events, exhibitions, and sales launches. • Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs including Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Qualified Lead (CPQL), Conversion Rate, Booking Rate, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). • Work closely with the sales team to evaluate lead quality and continuously improve campaign targeting and performance. • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and developers to create high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, lead forms, and campaign assets. • Set up and manage tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, conversion APIs, and other tracking tools.
