SportStars is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO across both professional and personal priorities. This is a dynamic role that blends traditional executive support with high-level personal coordination, enabling the CEO to operate efficiently across multiple time zones and international locations. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in managing day-to-day logistics, anticipating needs, and ensuring both business and personal responsibilities are handled seamlessly.

Executive Support • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and international travel across multiple time zones • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication • Assist in planning meetings, events, and business-related logistics • Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making

Personal & Lifestyle Coordination • Oversee personal scheduling, including appointments, reservations, and day-to-day logistics • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries across multiple cities • Support family logistics and planning, including activities, schedules, and special events • Handle personal errands, vendor coordination, and service management with efficiency and discretion • Maintain important dates, reminders, and gifting coordination to ensure nothing is overlooked

Proactive Planning & Research • Research and recommend services, experiences, and opportunities (e.g., dining, events, travel, wellness, etc.) • Anticipate needs and provide solutions before they arise
