Personal Injury High-Value Commercial Case Manager

About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Personal Injury Case Manager specializing in high-value commercial cases to join our client's elite legal team. In this role, you will manage a select portfolio of complex, high-exposure personal injury cases involving commercial vehicles, trucking companies, construction accidents, premises liability, and other corporate defendants — cases where damages routinely reach six and seven figures. This is not a standard case manager role. You will be expected to think critically, work closely with attorneys on case strategy, manage expert witnesses, coordinate with investigators, and drive cases toward maximum recovery. You must be a seasoned legal professional with a proven track record handling complex, high-stakes personal injury litigation in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
