What to expect
As a Portfolio Support Analyst, you will join our Transformation & Portfolio Office team and play a key role in supporting the organisation's portfolio management capability through the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) platform.
Working closely with the Portfolio Systems & Support Lead, you will provide operational support across portfolio systems, data management, reporting and user engagement. You'll help ensure that ServiceNow SPM remains a trusted source of portfolio information, enabling informed decision-making and effective governance across our change portfolio.
This is a varied role where you'll combine technical systems administration, stakeholder support, data analysis and continuous improvement activities. You'll be responsible for maintaining high-quality portfolio data, producing reporting and dashboards, supporting users, delivering training and helping drive adoption of portfolio management processes across the organisation.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll have experience supporting or administering enterprise portfolio management systems and be comfortable working with stakeholders to maintain high-quality portfolio data, reporting and processes.
- Experience supporting or administering an Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solution.
- Experience using portfolio management tools such as ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Clarity PPM, Planview, OpenText PPM or similar platforms.
- Experience providing user support, system administration and data management.
- Experience delivering onboarding and user training.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience creating reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- A proactive and continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving capability.
