What to expect
As a Portfolio Timesheet Support Analyst, you will join the Transformation & Portfolio Office and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of our Transformation & Change Portfolio through the effective operation, adoption and governance of the ServiceNow Timesheets capability.
Working closely with the Portfolio Systems & Support Lead, you will be responsible for supporting end users, maintaining data integrity across timesheets and resource allocations, and providing valuable insight into resource utilisation through reporting and analysis. You will help ensure that our portfolio data remains accurate, compliant and fit for informed decision-making.
You will work collaboratively with Project Managers, Resource Managers, Finance teams and PMO colleagues to drive timesheet compliance, improve resource planning processes and deliver high-quality management information that enhances portfolio transparency.

What you’ll need to succeed
As a Portfolio Timesheet Support Analyst, you'll be comfortable working with a broad range of stakeholders, providing guidance, delivering training and using data insights to improve portfolio performance. In addition, the ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with ServiceNow SPM/PPM, particularly Timesheets and Resource Management modules.
- Experience providing first-line system support and resolving user issues.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including Excel.
- Understanding of project and portfolio management frameworks.
- Knowledge of resource planning and capacity management principles.
- Understanding of timesheet governance, compliance and reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience delivering user training, onboarding and facilitation sessions.
- A proactive, analytical and problem-solving mindset.
