Job Overview We are looking for a talented and experienced Premium Customer Success Officer to join our team who will be responsible for working closely with clients by maintaining a nice and steady relationship with them. The right candidate must have a great understanding of the flow of data around the financial markets, experience, and proven track record of successful technical and fundamental analysis. Main Responsibilities: • Building and maintaining long lasting relationships with existing clients, offer them the best solution services. • Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied as well as gaining and using feedback. • Researching industry trends. • Giving presentations to clients about products or services. • Resolving and answering any questions asked by the client, if able to help or escalate it to the relevant department. • Ensuring that the terms of a contract are adhered to by both your employer and clients. • Understanding and helping to meet the targets and aims of the client.
