WHERE YOU FIT IN | We’re looking for a dynamic Principal, Digital Delivery to lead complex digital transformation initiatives that drive value at scale. Strategic Delivery Leadership • Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact digital and transformation programmes • Design delivery models, governance and frameworks to ensure predictable, quality outcomes • Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, milestones and measurable outcomes   Client & Stakeholder Partnership • Serve as a senior advisor to internal teams and external partners • Drive alignment across project teams, technology teams, and leadership • Facilitate executive decision-making and strategic prioritisation   Digital & Business Impact • Champion digital best practices; including agile, lean and hybrid models • Embed data-informed decision-making across delivery teams • Identify risks early and design mitigation strategies that protect delivery integrity    Team Leadership & Capability Building • Mentor and inspire mid-senior level delivery leads and cross-functional teams • Drive continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and capability uplift • Champion a delivery culture that prioritizes quality, clarity and collaboration
