Purpose of Position
This position will serve as a bridge to our factory floor and global data strategy, will work cross-functionally with IT, Process Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations to develop and deploy advanced manufacturing systems worldwide. This position will play a critical role in implementing production processes and ensure seamless flow of manufacturing data into our centralized data lake to enable global insights.
Essential Responsibilities
- Design, integrate, and deploy manufacturing systems across global facilities.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to ingest, validate, and transmit production data to the centralized Data Lake.
- Collaborate with IT, Process Engineering, and Operations to define system requirements, standards, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot system/communication issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with SCADA and Controls engineers to ensure seamless data exchange with manufacturing equipment.
- Support rollouts, testing, documentation, and training for deployed systems.
- International and/or domestic travel up to 25% required to support process start-up.
Qualifications/Skills

Bachelor’s degree in information systems or information technology with 7+ years of relevant experience.

Experience with manufacturing systems integration and Enterprise System design and development.

Knowledge of ETL/ELT data ingestion and data pipelines or data-lake architectures.

Experience with Python and SQL.

Experience with CI/CD and DevOps.

Strong collaboration and communication skills; proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
